Digital toolkit for innovative curriculum and methodological development directly contributes to the empowerment of adult educators in innovating training practices through the development of a digital, interactive, and user-friendly toolkit. This toolkit will offer innovative teaching-training methods and practical examples that can be used in various educational contexts, with a focus on active participation, emotional involvement, personal and professional development, as well as digital resilience. The toolkit will include 6 methodological modules focused on developing adult learners’ soft skills. Each module will feature 6 innovative methods, practical description sheets, 3 class activities, and 1 case study per method. General Objectives: Empowering adult educators from partner institutions and regional networks through access to a comprehensive set of innovative methods for soft skills development. Developing an interactive digital toolkit structured around 6 key soft skills areas, supported by practical method sheets, classroom activities, and case studies. Promoting active participation and personal/professional development of both trainers and adult learners, along with digital resilience in learning processes. Ensuring the quality and applicability of results through a peer review process and testing in practical workshops with trainers and external collaborators.
