A new Erasmus+ funded partnership has officially launched to help adult learners and educators across Romania, Serbia, and Cyprus close the gap between technical and soft skills. The 18 month EARTHE project will develop free digital resources, including a mobile self assessment tool and a curriculum toolkit, available in four languages. Coordinated by organizations from all three countries, the initiative specifically aims to reach adults from disadvantaged backgrounds.
