The EARTHE project is making a firm commitment to inclusive digital transformation by ensuring that at least 50% of the adult learners in its activities come from disadvantaged backgrounds. This target includes rural communities, migrant populations, and individuals facing financial insecurity across Romania, Serbia, and Cyprus. To remove barriers to entry, all training resources and tools are provided free of charge in four languages, with face to face workshops organized locally.
