Partners
The success of the EARTHE project is built on strong collaboration between three dedicated organizations from Romania, Serbia, and Cyprus. Each partner brings unique expertise in adult education, digital transformation, social inclusion, and professional training, working together to create innovative learning resources and opportunities for adult learners and educators.
Together, we form a transnational partnership committed to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and fostering lifelong learning across Europe.
Western Balkans Institute
WEBIN is an independent Serbian NGO and policy think-tank dedicated to regional development, education, and innovation. We design evidence-based capacity-building projects—especially for adult learners and disadvantaged groups—that close skills gaps and accelerate labour-market integration. Through targeted research, forward-thinking strategies, and hands-on training programmes, WEBIN turns insight into impact for communities across the Western Balkans and beyond.
Asociația Centru pentru Inovare și Performanță
Founded in 2023, CIPerform is a vibrant and cutting-edge educational center that unites enthusiastic professionals in organizational development, education and training. With a strong emphasis on training educators, pedagogical innovation and lifelong learning, CIP is committed to supporting innovation in education and social inclusion in order to improve the future of Romanian and European societies. With experience in EU-funded projects, it provides tools and programs for the upcoming generation of professsionals to tackle the changing demands of contemporary world by managing digital platforms, developing educational curricula aimed at improving employability, soft skills and digital competencies.
WECHANGE OUTREACH LTD
WECHANGE is a Cyprus-based, dynamic and forward-thinking organization that drives innovation in education and positive community development. Amongst its multidisciplinary approaches, it combines in-depth research and strategic communication, designs digital learning resources as well as coordinating community outreach. With expertise in soft skills development and resilience training, WECHANGE plays a key role in content creation and the use of technology in education within the project. Given Cyrus’s diverse and growing population, the social and cultural inclusion of migrants is a top priority for WECHANGE as it highly supports their integration in the workforce and society by developing the required skills in line with the practical demands.
